Good old Wiki.

My OH usually makes it with the eggs a dash of milk some salt and peeper.
Fried in olive oil- (probably too much but that's his way- we don't have it very often) and then a splash of sauce on the top once cooked (brown sauce is my preferance- the kids go for tomato ketchup and OH likes his hot with some Tabasco)
