Following on from my previous thread about the
Red Arrows , we've just returned from a display by the Patrouille de France. Perhaps you've heard of them, Kate, and may even have seen them perform. They are only just starting to do shows outside of France, so we're honoured to have a visit from them.
Unfortunately the weather was overcast as we're currently on the edge of a tropical storm, but the occasion still brought hundreds of people to watch. Must say I didn't think they were as show-stopping as the Red Arrows and seemed to perform at a slower pace, but it was still good entertainment. I'll be able to compare them anyway in just over 2 weeks as the Red Arrows should be here again for our National Day.
