Hi Taffy, thank you for your reply.
I understand that if the relationship between me and my partner is stable they wouldn't ask for his marrige status.
I think I would apply to work permit. We have been together for almost 2 years and have been living for 1 and half years.

I thought that I can apply to PR at the same time I apply to the work permit as the documents I'm submitting are same. But do you think I should wait PR, until my partner get divorced? Or is it much easier to apply at the same time?
