May take you up on the offer if she pulls out- don't think I could wait much longer and go through the veiwings etc again- we wnat to get moving.

I think (I hope) it is just a quick look to refresh her memory- will keep you all updated though.

She's due at 4:15 this afternoon so if I haven't posted on here tonight then send out a search party to all the bridges in Rossendale.
