Question Letter from ex spouse regarding child residency
Has anyone been in the position of requiring a letter of authority from an ex spouse regarding allowing a child from a divorce to apply for residency? I need to know how to word the letter that he will send from UK, the wording to be acceptable to Immigration about residing lawfully & permanently etc.
