I love going on my cyber travels with Google Earth . It's great for keeping tabs on places we've lived to see how things have developed since we've left and to take a trip down memory lane. I've got all my favourite places saved so I can scoot around them all and keep up with what's going on. And now, with version 4.2 you can even see the stars, never mind Dunedin.

I downloaded 4.2 to see if I could get the 3D views of buildings that everyone seems to be talking about, but my buildings are still as flat as the proverbial pancake. 3D is selected in the menu. Have I missed something?
