Know how you feel Lou although we have had a few veiwings but no takers.

Being at the lower end of the market and one of the cheapest houses in our are we are hoping we should still be OK.

We had a promising veiwing on Sat by a couple down sizing and wanting to move near family who live about 5 min walk from our house- however they only just put their house on the market

Hope things pick up now kids are going back to school.
