Clare - thanks for that info - I've been asked family medical history before & have always struggled to answer - looking at the BMI figures I may go on a bit of a diet not that I'm massively overweight but I do have a bit of middle age spread which won't help lucky for him the OH is 10 years younger and has a 32" waist & is 11 1/2 stone of pure muscle - update just been to Boots in my lunch break to weigh myself & although overweight my BMI is well within the figure needed - thats a relief
