Hey guys,
Hope am not repeating alifox here but for us they did:

Height/weight - calculate BMI and take waist measurement. If BMI over 35 in adults or waist circumference over 88cm for females or 102cm for males then you have to have the extra fasting lipids and fasting glucose tests (which adds to the cost!!!)
Blood pressure
Blood sample for various blood tests
physical examination - general breathing/abdominal exam and reflexes
Urine sample (no stool sample needed!)
Chest x-ray

You're also asked about family medical history. We were expected to take our own forms with us (NZIS 1007) and the doctor expected us to have filled in parts A and B (although form says part B should be done in front of the medical examiner - think our doctor was just being tetchy!)
You also need to take 3 passport photos each, and details of any prescriptions and any existing specialist reports, where you have a know medical condition. Oh and remember to take you passports.

Not sure about the kids - but think they have much less invasive tests. If you look on the medial form it should tell you more.

Hope this helps,
Clare
