Sorry I don't have an knowledge of
Pegasus Town , but maybe some of our members from the Christchurch area have heard of it. Sounds like they are either about to start or are still building it, so maybe it'll be a bit difficult to get views about living there, but I hope that someone may have heard of it and can give you some background information.
