I haven't noticed too many differences between driving in the UK and driving in NZ. I find most drivers a bit less aggressive in NZ. People tend to let you out from junctions and I haven't seen (or had to share) any road rage. That's got to be better for the old blood pressure!

Getting used to the rule that says you have to give way when turning left has been hard. It feels totally alien to stop in the carriageway and let the oncoming cars turn in before you - especially when you're on a main road with a stream of cars coming up behind you. It might be the rule, but I've learnt not to assume that every other driver understands it or follows it.....
