Our camper van has an electric fan heater which works well, but you obivously need to have a power hook up for it! It does circulate heat well, but condensation is still quite bad. You could also consider an electric blanket too, they are only $30, but again you will need to be on a supply for that.
Pack your thermals and get a hot water bottle too I guess
