Ahh didn't know that, medicals are submitted so fingers crossed we wont have to do them again!!!
But like you say MB lets hope they dont get funny because of the delay, it is a genuine misunderstanding as OH employer seems so adamant that he doesnt need registration and seems down to immigration not accepting all the documentation provided (which did seem to explain everything very clearly stating from regulations etc)
