Thanks for the advice.

We live in a large town with a population of over 180,000. Wew ant to settle somewhere with a population of about 10,000 or less. Anywhere near Dunedin like this? We do not crave a nightlife - too old for that. We also would love to have a property with about an acre of land if possible - we have 4 dogs so a good place for them to run would be great.
