Default Work Visa / Job Offer
Hello,

I know this has been covered somewhere else on the forum but I couldn't find the thread.

My understanding is: I need a job offer in order to apply (or prospective employer) for a work permit but I need a work permit in order to get a job offer???

I have seen jobs advertised and they say that "you need to have a work permit in order to apply for this position" - I'm sorry, but this doesn't make sense.

Am I missing something (and I don't mean brain cells!)
