Yes, I've been on there as well but there's no Customer User Title. The only thing I've found like that was on what was called the User Manager screen, which is what you call the Moderator Panel. The link you gave me above, the second box down has this on it: Optional Information - All information will be viewable by other forum members. The first box is: Registration Required Information - All fields are required.
I used the drop down menu on Quick Links previously as well, clicked User Options, then went down to My Profile and that's where I found something about titles. I filled it in but couldn't save it due to lack of button.
