Unfortunately Lebanon doesn't appear on the list in the NZIS Operations Manual for recognised qualifications.
I wonder whether you could send an email to
NZQA and tell them which degree you have and that it has been assessed by the engineering body in Australia and see what they say about it. I suspect you would have to have it reassessed by NZQA because it's a completely different entity to the Australian Engineers Association, but it wouldn't hurt to ask them.
If I find anything else about assessments outside of NZ, I'll post it on here.
