Is there any bank in NZ that does not charge a monthly fee for a normal account?

I opened an ANZ account but they charge $3.50 a month for doing nothing! I appreciate that this is not much money but I am used to free banking here in the UK and if I do pay a monthly charge it is because I am getting extras like travel ins, free money withdraws abroad etc.
