NZIS are currently undergoing a big
review of their system, so it would be excellent if they also considered revamping their notoriously difficult website. As an example, they have a HUGE list which forms their
index for the site. The list is ?helpfully? in alphabetical order, but it?s their file references that are in alphabetical order, not the topics, so we still need to scan through the whole list to look for what we need. Half of their links don?t lead anywhere as well. Many a time I?ve clicked on a link and just got ?This page cannot be displayed?. A lot of use that is when someone is desperately needing some information.
There's a lot of scope for improvement on there alone as it's much too convoluted and the thought of having to wade in there strikes fear and panic in a lot of people, especially when there's a good chance they won't even find what they're looking for.
