Thank you so much for this glossary. With any luck it will make managing this forum a bit easier(seems 97% of posts are from U.K.). My partner and I are planning a move to NZ in about 4 years but I've already spent a lot of time starting the research. The NZIS website, although helpful gets to be extremely tedious; as every page you open leads to another and then another and then another.......... finally 10 pages later your "simple" question gets answered. We're heading over in a few weeks for a month visit, deciding on what area we'll settle in. Is there a free-internet service IN NEW ZEALAND to sign up for(in the u.s.a. we have: hotmail.com, yahoo.com & aol/online.com). I know I could access these, but would really like to start building proper relationships in our future home. Thanks for any help. Ciao.
