How much they cost depends on how complicated it gets. Much like a house sale, where a straight forward sale can cost $500, or a more complicated one can cost $800-$1000.

If you are just buying a lease, or no property is involved, I doubt it will cost much more than a few hundred as your solicitor will just check over the lease / terms of sale for you.
