Crime & Punishment
I can understand people's frustration at the British justice system but isn't more important to ask ourselves the question 'what makes people act so inhumanely in the first place'?
If people commit crimes because they know they can get away with it, why is it that the majoirty of people have never been tempted to become criminals before? Could it possibly be due to parenting or other environmental factors? Also, why is it that non-western countries, or Western countries with severe penal systems, have have loads of crime?
Parents are the main cause IMO.
