Default Plan to 'open' prisons
Now there's a line between rehabilitation and punishment and it's clearly not be comprehended properly in this case.

Getting a tad annoyed at some of these stories, but I guess it's still better than UK by a long way. Jeez I haven't been to the beach for over a year cos I've been working to hard, I'm a law abiding citizen, what kind of crap is that!!?
