Everyone who has heard the tale has agreed that it is a dirty trick to pull on someone.
Something weird happened though..
The sign went up outside their house.. and nothing else happened..
it wasn't in the paper. and never appeared on the website..
Then magically it has appeared overnight and the price has gone up by 7 grand and they are now wanting offers over 115 grand..
Maybe they do have a concience after all.
