Just thought I would let you know (so you can tell Lauren) that kids do dress up and go trick or treating here. ::):

The Warehouse has been selling costumes and packets of lollies (the name for sweets here) for a couple of weeks now. Saw plenty of kids dressed the part last night, though none bothered going up our long driveway. :icon_biggrin:

They have Guy Fawkes night here too. Big boxes of cheap fireworks for sale in supermarkets and The Warehouse. :icon_eek: We will probably watch the display at Paihia, sitting on the beach with a cup of chips. :icon_biggrin:
