Too be honest we are both holding good jobs here in England but long to do our own thing - ideally in the Queenstown are.

We are looking to open our own hiking /tours/diving outdoor type business.

I suppose in that area emplyment may be difficult , thus the option of the setting up our own business,
As you say the agencies appear a waste of time.
The other problem is points- we have no kids and my wife to be is 53 so time is no on our side.

But, we are heavy into exploring the move for next year and will get back soon with more questions.
