ooohhhh programmers.
My goal for the rest of this year and next, is to learn php. I do a bit of webdesign, but I am a wannabe programmer :)

I have a little project I am tying to get going, I have pushed it on a few sites looking for someone who can write a bit of code for me, but with no luck.

Most of the examples have ben taken from the indescretions of politicians over the last year or so...

I am making a joke page for the elections HERE (Draft selections)

It's based on this really funny page I found last week

However they have scunged the code that opens it in a new page.
Can someone please give me the code to do this? I know this is easy, in the deep recesses of my mind I remember making one in php I think.

Although i can't offer money, with the elections coming up I am more than happy to share the kudos and to have someones advertisng on the page. I am also open to further ideas on it. I had thought of it automatically generating an email to a major newspaper. I imagine we could get a lot of milage out of it :)
