Hi Taffy, I am an Australian living in New Zealand on an Australian Pass Port. Can you tell me how strict are they about this living together for 12 months that I read. I can't see how it applies in my case and it would appear that this rule could be waivered if you can supply evedience that you are in a stable partnership. I have copied all the defitions for this. What are your thoughts. Something has to be in my favour at 60years of age and in love again.
