Hi Taffy, How does one find Section 18A of the Immigration Act ?? I think after reading a bit more we will attempt to go straight for a Residence Permit regardless of the 12 months living together. and see what happens. I may phone them again on this matter. I think they are actually just looking for proof of a relationship. What are your thoughts??? Any one else out there been down this track????
