I am 23, from the uk and 7 months into my one year working holiday visa. I have a job as a fitness instructor, and I would like to continue working beyond its expiry date. Whats the best way for me to stay on for another year or so, whilst I decide if I want to stay permanently? I cannot get another holiday visa, and I don't think its possible to extend it. Should I apply for residency now or approach my emplyer for sponsorship?
