Default Buying property and retiring to New Zealand
Does anyone know if it is possible to purchase a property in NZ and live there after retirement, using a 6 month permit and leaving the country for a short period of time and then returning on a new 6 month permit.

If this is not possible does anyone know if people other than family can sponsor you to come to NZ? for example very very close friend who have been friends for over 50 years.
