Re: MEDICALS ETC
I'm answering with our experience of applying as a skilled migrant, other categories may be different.
[quote:9e406f5c9a]At what stage do you get your medicals done please[/quote:9e406f5c9a]
When you've had your Invitation To Apply (ITA), ie after you get the results of the EOI.
[quote:9e406f5c9a] and what is it people are referring to being over 35?[/quote:9e406f5c9a]
Erm, dunno I'm 36 and don't recall any significance. It may be to do with the new medical rules which haven't applied to us.
[quote:9e406f5c9a]can you save it on line and do you get it of the immigrationgovt.nz website?[/quote:9e406f5c9a]
Yes, we took about a month to complete it, coming back and doing little bits at a time as its sooo tedious.
[quote:9e406f5c9a] Do we need to submit any other documents with it or is that only with the official application? [/quote:9e406f5c9a]
No, the medicals, police checks and qualifications assessment are submitted with the Residents Application. I did have a pre-assessment of my qualifications and the result went in the EOI.
