Hi,
NZ is on the PAL system, but a different version. If i remember rightly, its something to do with getting a picture, but no sound.. also i think the picture is fuzzy due to the magnetic difference of being in the southern hemisphere.

This can all be altered apparently, but isnt that cheap to do.
