Default electricity voltage and type of plug!?

The standard supply in New Zealand is 230-volts AC at 50 Hertz as in Europe and Australia (Same as UK).

The plug is like an upside down UK plug but the live and neutral pins are set at an angle. If you are taking electrical items from the UK take power bars and replace the plug on these with a NZ plug and simply plug your goods into the bar.
