Default Hello? Anyone there??
Hey everyone,

Things have been pretty quiet around here lately - I for one have been enjoying sitting in the garden with the laptop working for the past week or so. (The joys of working from home, eh! :icon_cool: ) Plus we've had Daz's Dad out here for a few weeks so we've been busy with them, and now it's nearly Christmas, and it's Daz's birthday next week too, so it's all go from Welly!

We still haven't heard anything about our EOI yet - it's been 3 months now since we were selected and I phone every week to get an update and nothing ever changes. Well, they told me a few weeks ago that it'd been passed to the Welly office but since then no news. :icon_sad: Doesn't look like we'll be residents til 2005 now, but hey! Got2 get into the kiwi way of life so I'll just sit here patiently and wait. I've resorted to saying 'it'll happen when it happens!' Just a good job we've got our 2 year work visas in the meantime! :icon_eek: icon_exclaim.gif

Good luck to everyone else still in the process. If anyone's in the Welly area, give us a shout and we can have a drink and a bbq! (Especially since Daz's Dad bought us a gas one for xmas - yay!)
