If you did you should have received an email with a subject like this shortly after completing the form:-

After about seven days you should receive another email with a body somthing like this:-

The Pre-assessment Result for your nominated qualification, Name of qualification awarded by Examination Board, United Kingdom, following * years full time study, is as follows:
Pre-assessment Result: Level *
On the information available, the New Zealand Qualifications Authority
(NZQA) assesses this qualification as comparable to the learning outcome of Level * on the New Zealand Register of Quality Assured Qualifications.
This Pre-assessment Result is not binding on other agencies or organisations and has been prepared for immigration purposes only.

What you have cut and pasted looks like a statement of the processes you can follow. I would suggest emailing them to find out what is going on.
