I've seen a question similar to this on another forum and everything worked out fine, It's illnesses and potential problems they are more concerned with and even then people have been surprised by the fact they get in, no worries but If you want to check, give NZ house a call, there's a cheap phone number you can call, it's on this site somewhere, give us a shout if you can't find it and I'll have a look.

Welcome to the forum BTW, it's a little quiet right now but does get regular folk post here, so keep asking questions, they'll get answered :icon_razz:
