Default Timescales Once You're Finally Selected

Hi Pres,

You have 12 months to enter NZ after your passport has been stamped. Whenever you then leave NZ (eg: holiday) you need a 'returning resiidence visa' so that they'll let you back into the country. Your 1st 'RRV' is issued to you when you get your residency stamp. All future 'RRV' need to be applied for, which I think can be done online. Just paperwork really.

We are in the situation whereby we will have our residency stamp earlier than expected. We want to visit NZ for a holiday before moving out to NZ a couple of months later. This means we will be using our 'RRV' when we relocate. I think we are aloud to do this, but I'll be checking with NZIS before booking any flights!
