Some poeple do get jobs remotely.
Some by phone, some by video.
It's not easy though.
The biggeest problem I think is that employers aren't convinced that you are serious until you show commitment and go out there.

You can go on holiday for 6 months or if you get a holiday visa, 9 months extendable to 12.
