Thanks for the comment Steve- you are absolutely right of course, it would be easier to go in on my qualification but I don't want to be tied to a job. I'm a bit housewifey !!!! However, just heard about the points score dropping so that's good news for us.

I have contacted the NMC and all you need to do is send Verification form 5 and Transcript request form 6 to them and they will deal with it all for a fee of ?34. They deal with it very quickly-the form 5 within 48hrs and form 6 within 3 weeks. Let me know how you get on. You'll find the phone numbers on the NMC website. The more I research all this, the more I want to go.
