just a little peice of advice(to anyone) when it comes to any financial issues,
dont ever bother going through any agencies.
just go directly to the government bonded banks first.
that will set the bench mark for risk free stuff.
the property market is still bouyant here and is soon to slow i would expect, so no hurry in purchase.
there is still waiting lists for new home construction from what i have heard, that rarely changes.

there are always swaiths of jobs for accountants in the newspapers.

with my personal experience we also need skilled IT engineers in the consumer market who can speak english clearly.
makes a mockery of the immagration policy imho.
